
I look like crap and itβs not much but this is just 3 weeks into the LYC summer edition. Just 3 quick weeks. I also lost 7 lbs in 1 week ( but stalled for the rest of the challenge). I changed my diet, I eliminated sugar and flour, I did my 10k steps in addition to the workouts. This does work but it takes discipline and focus bc motivation leaves. Find your focus, find your goal, set a daily reminder on your phone to help you focus. This program and the challenges definitely work but you must put in the work! PS: this is 3 weeks because I left for vacay the 4th week and my belly grew bc girl I ate sooooo much food lolol
