Hey! You can still join the intermediate/advanced classes, the coaches do a really good job giving alternative workouts if some are too challenging! If it’s still too much to start you can always do the pre recorded workouts from the beginner selection!

I just joined about a week ago but so far I like to do any live workouts it just gives me extra motivation and energy doing it along with everyone. I prefer morning workouts and like when the days alternate between arms and booty instead of working the same part every morning so I dont have to add extra workouts in after
