Hi, girls. Iām new here, just been here a couple of weeks. I did a leg workout two days ago and been really sore and with pain (on my legs). Feeling a little discouraged cause I think I may have done something wrong or overdid it a little bit. Been there before? Any advice on what to do to feel better?
