Hello Queens! I’ve made it 2months postpartum πŸ₯³ and while participating in the LYC Summer Challenge one of my biggest concerns was, β€œis fasting going to affect my milk production?” And let me tell you Queens, being on a clean/healthy diet while doing a 12 hr fast might have increased my milk production! I’m currently feeding newborn on demand and was pumping 90-120mL 3x a day. After this week on the program I’m now pumping 150-180mL 3x a day. It’s insane how much of a difference eating healthy and nutrient dense foods can change your body.
So any new mommies who are apprehensive of taking on a challenge out of fear, I’m here to tell you that YOUR body can do amazing things if you set your intentions on it. Women are magical and no matter what set back we THINK we may have, we can OVERCOME. We can DO this Queens πŸ’–πŸ”₯πŸ¦‹
