I use QW at the gym. I don’t have the weights at home that challenge me enough and it gives me a excuse to leave the house for a bit. When I am at the gym I set up a station for myself. I prop up my phone, get my mat and weights (I pick a range of weights), then I lock in and forget about what is happening around me. Bc I am there to work πŸ˜†
