Melinda Feliciano this challenge really will be just what I need. Life has thrown me couple of curveballs recently and really need this to help me keep persevering for what's to come. I'm 61yo and have had lots of challenges with health, childhood trauma and unhealthy relationships. But God has seen me through all of it. Unfortunately trauma can cause negative thinking starting with a belief in self and one's decisions. So I'm here to be a witness that one can have trauma but not BE the trauma. This is a challenge against all those negative experiences and confront them head on!! I guess signing up is more than just a body workout for me...the Lord has revealed himself in this text. Thank you Queen... your words and the support of others in this chat is helping me so much!! Gracias Reina!!

Queen Valeria... thank you so much for that...I listen to the daily affirmations but perhaps I need to listen to them a couple times a day. It's easy to get caught up in the grind and forget what you heard a couple hrs earlier. Journaling is a consideration...do you do journaling with prompts?
