Udette Morency me too. lol I joined 6 weeks ago also. I never use to drink water and now it’s all it drink, maybe a unsweetened ice tea. But we gotta make changes to our everyday to reach our goals because what we were doing isn’t that. Just find a balance and be happy with the choices you make for yourself and your body and soul

The biggest thing for me, Soda. I had one last night and it just don’t taste the same. It was never really about the number on the scale for me. I wanted to feel fit and strong. I’m Asian so cutting rice is DEVASTATING!!! I ate one cup, or a cup of pasta. But the game changer for me is having protein

Before and After of the Love Yourself Challenge!
And I truly love my results! But this wasn’t handed to me. A lot of hard work and dedication. This is only 6 week results, what more 6 months.
Staying motivated til I reach my fitness goals! Fabi I want those abs!!!!!!

I started the love yourself challenge and I’m so happy with my results. You really get what you put in. I’m loving myself more and more. Thank you queen warriors for helping me find and love myself again. It’s giving strong! It’s giving she doesn’t miss no meals! One more week of this challenge and ima kill it. I can’t wait til you guys see my before and after picture cuz it’s a transformation for realzzz. Good luck to everyone who’s participating in the challenge
