Hiii queens. Ive been doing the stretches every other day for a week. I just joined recently. But my question is, when we are engaging in those nice painful V stretches (lol), in my knee area it feels like the muscles behind the knees (not the thigh or leg, literally behind my knees) feels extremely tight as if i am going to rip my muscle, is that normal or am I doing something wrong 😭? Im working on my breathing which helps ease off that feeling and allows my knees to feel the burn but I just want to be sure I am doing this correctly rather than injure myself.
