What body area are you wanting improvements on?

Choose YOU! You’re struggling because you haven’t made the decision to choose YOU.

Make time and prioritize yourself. Each session is 30 minutes. Each day is 24 hours. Find a time when you aren’t busy with cases and throw in a 30 minute session. Find something that you do every day, a norm, and do a 30 minute session either right before or right after it. Ex. You shower every day at 8. Do your workout at 7:30.

Personally, the motivation for me is remembering why I started. I had a goal and I have a deadline. More importantly, I remember each workout day is followed by a rest day. I think β€œI can go hard today because tomorrow is a rest day.” Then, I push myself for three sessions.

You were able to become an attorney because you had a goal and a deadline. Try doing the same with your workouts. As you see results, you’ll continue. BUT, you have to try in order to see results.

Remember no one forced you to join QW. You decided it was what you wanted/needed and you did it! 🀍
