I’m sensitive to pre workout as well i can take it for a bit then i have to stop. I like to use ginger and make a tea out of it or with tazo natural energy tea. And i would recommend a lot of green smoothies which taste great adding some chia seeds or flax seeds . Replace the smoothie wihh th a meal and eat a lot of chicken fish to get the protein. Hope that helps a bit.

That’s awesome i do feel defeated at times. I’m only on week 2 and i feel like I’ve gained . Any pointers on the eating part please advise me lbs. Thank you much and your picture is more motivating! Good job ! Brenda Costa
