I’m sensitive to pre workout as well i can take it for a bit then i have to stop. I like to use ginger and make a tea out of it or with tazo natural energy tea. And i would recommend a lot of green smoothies which taste great adding some chia seeds or flax seeds . Replace the smoothie wihh th a meal and eat a lot of chicken fish to get the protein. Hope that helps a bit.

Those are good but not good for the body due to i was drinking them during work high demand job and before i came home from work and they started giving my heart palpitations. So just be mindful of that but they are both good lol. I like to do ginger and a nice tazo tea in the am and for me that actually works better than anything.
