I wrote out a whole paragraph and it erased πŸ™ƒπŸ˜… but I didn't really do too much targeted ab work besides like the one where you lay on your back and bring your knees up to 90Β° angle I'm still learning the names of the positions so forgive me lol but I asked the coaches for alternative options and they were really helpful.

Yess Queen!! You got this! I'm glad I could be an inspiration of hope for you and other women; that's why I mustered up the confidence to post my pics and workout videos because I myself never thought I could do it but we can do anything we put our mind to! It wasn't easy but nothing worth having ever is and I honestly am so happy that I did. I don't have the goal body I want yet of course but it definitely helped me feel more energetic and strong during pregnancy, it was one of the smoothest labors I've experienced (#3 for me) and the best snap back I've ever had! 1 month post partum UPDATE!! Finally was able to get back to my QW w/o today w Coach Raven & I'm feeling grrreat! Working out during my pregnancy helped not only physically but mentally and emotionally, I highly recommend if you're doctor says it's ok don't be afraid to go ALL IN, you won't regret it! Ty for the love & support πŸ’–

One month update πŸ™ŒπŸ€—πŸ€°πŸ’ͺπŸ«ΆπŸ™ I've been working out at least 3 times a week and have been gaining only 1 pound a month this pregnancy and can see my body toning up & I LOVE ITTT!!
