3 weeks ago i started using these workouts and some may not see a difference but i sure can! The top pictures are after i did my first workout. The bottom row is today. Feeling good!!!

Im back!!!!! After a week off with my family on vacation and easter! But i did a replay HIIT CORE with RAVEN this morning! Feeling good!!! Starting to see some changes! Got to get that muffin top to go! Baby steps everyday. Not drinking soda, but still struggling with in take of water. If you guys have any tips for the water or for the muffin top, please let me know!

Day 2 on queen warriors! I know my booty will get bigger and my muffin top will leave! I just got to keep with it! I haven't had a drop of soda since feb 13th! God is good! I gave it up for lent, because it WAS my biggest crutch. Praise God im not chained to that anymore!

I currently weigh 148 and im trying to get my pre-preg. Body weight of 125. I want to get rid of my mommy pouch.
