I try to change up what im eating like instead of an apple (for a snack) ill make apple nachos. (Kids love them too) where i slice the apple add peanut butter and like 3 chocolate chips to each slice

You could be straining that joint. Try a modified version and see how that works. You shouldnt feel pain when working out. Tightness and feeling a burn when you workout muscles is fine. But not pain. Maybe try warming up with some stretching too before starting

I just go into the browser and pick what i want to focus on and either pick beginner or intermediate which says on the videos
