No not severe 🤣but extremely sore and stiff especially because I haven't worked out in so long. Like today, I tried to do a burpee n I couldn't! I will definitely give the foam rolls a try. Thank you☺️

Newbie here, completed my first workout yesterday but am in too much pain to even do another workout today. How do you all deal with pain to workout 2 /3 days in a row?
