Hi! I’m proud that tonight will be my 3rd workout this week. It’s a small number but I usually don’t go past Monday 😩 & my daughter has been joining me everyday this week so far. This has been my “longest” streak 😅

Update: I did a beginners HIIT 30 mins workout today with my 10 year old daughter. Proud Mom moment and my motivation !

Thank you ladies! I was in a funk yesterday but I woke up ready today, I have my work out clothes on and ready for live workout this evening.
