Queenszzz… 👑 Who ya wit? Queen Warriors on deck!!! 💯 LOL WE did that thang!!! Congratulations 🎉 to each of U. I completed the first week today after work. Yes, I work Saturday’s. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I did W1D3 on Thursday, Had to rest Wednesday due to my back discomfort. W1D4 & W1D5 in da bag today💯 I think I’ll keep it like that cause if I have too much of a break, it’s hard to get back in the groove and Queens do I luve a groove. LOL So rest or light exercise like a mid day Sunday walk…Any who gonna do W2, which I’m super pumped for on Monday, and check my weight at the end. Not seeing too much changes as of yet, just gonna keep at it. It’s amazing being here it makes me want to workout. So a HUGE THANK U from MY heart to each of U! 🙌🏽🥰 Got to get my eating together cause I don’t eat much. Fun fact…I completed culinary school so technically a Chef. 😉 I need to figure out how much I need to be eating daily. I pray 🙏🏽 continued blessings to each of U. 🫶🏽🥰

Well, all I can say is thank U for creating this safe space to be me and be accepted as so. I am truly grateful for that!

On Sunday, I was stressing cause I hadn't figured out how to navigate the platform to load pics and locate info. When I tell U, these Queens r EVERYTHING! They r so helpful. Even after burying my father last week, coming back home to get started was my only goal to help me cope. Fabiana U did that!

GM Bree, thnx 4 replying. Putting myself first is a challenge and something I have to get better at. I have become co dependent & really don’t actually like being alone, sooo that’s a work in progress. Will power is another challenge. Working on that as well.

When U say split, U mean one day upper the next day lower or 2 actual workouts in one day, then stretch the next day then the next day do it again. Am I overstanding that U do 2 workouts a day, 5 days a week?

I downloaded the Life Sum app, did U purchase a plan? If so which one? I was thinking High Protein would fit us & this challenge. I don’t eat much already so I’m forcing myself to eat & drink more to achieve the transformation. Haven’t looked at the Bobby Approved app yet, & am I overstanding there is a Kid Sum app? How did U utilize that? Ok let me get my butt up & do this dang on workout.
