My meal prep.. I only get to fit in one meal a day with my schedule.. everything else is eating on the go.. “healthy snacks” here I have. A bed of spinach, scoop of lentals, scoop of Quinoa, broccoli, salmon, mushrooms and some air fried sweet potatoes. O and pumpkin seed.. i hear it’s good for you lol. I pop it in the microwave at work and is DELICIOUS 😊
