Congrats! Just had a girlfriend go through a high risk pregnancy. Hey last two are micro preemies too. Turns out she had a genetic predisposition to preeclampsia and took baby aspirin her whole pregnancy. She made it to 37 weeks this time! I’m praying the same for you mama! ❤️❤️

My motivation is lacking. My little is reverting in sleep so I feel like I’m not getting enough sleep and the fasting seems tortuous when your kiddo wakes up at 4:30AM. There is a cookout every weekend this month so I’m in charge of the salad but geesh, I wanna eat. I’ve turned down Chinese food, chicken wings, iced coffees, tacos and donuts this week (why are people offering me this mess🤦🏽‍♀️)! I beasted through the 6 week Spring LYC challenge so imma kick myself in my own butt tomorrow and get back to it, I just needed to vent real quick!

What helped me A LOT was getting a food scale from Walmart. I was shocked at how much I was overeating when it came to what an actual serving size was
