I have a question sometimes when I do sit ups I feel light headed, does this happen to anyone and know why ?

Hi ladies!! I just signed up for Ravens Love Yourself Challenge and I’m kind of nervous. I fell off about 3 months ago and I wanted to get back into working out. Hopefully this helps me again 🫶🏾
