Hi, I am a new Queen Warrior. I would like to learn about gaining in a healthy way. I have heard low card and high protein meals will help to gain, however I do not eat scrambled eggs, omelettes, sunny side up eggs, etc. I also do not eat cottage cheese or Greek yogurt. I see that these are heavily used but I have yet to find an alternative. I would like to explore alternatives to those ingredients that will still help me reach the end result.
