I would say keep doing the challenge to get the results you want and to feel great! Even tho you submitted pics late.
I know they’re super strict with when to turn in pics so you won’t be able to qualify for prizes but at least you can still join the challenge and have fun gettin results! 💛💪
Tips I would say is to make sure you print out everything for the tracker and meal guide. Set “appointments” in your schedule for your workouts and don’t miss them. Use a food tracker like fitness pal to make sure you stay on top of your nutrition.
Just make sure you stay in this challenge so you know what to expect for future ones too! 🙌🏽
