Hi yall! Just finished Day 1 of week 2 plus Day 4 dance hiit from week 1.

One thing I’m conquering is the self sabotage that I unfortunately let happen when shit gets rough in life, it’s a continuous battle since the last 2 years but I’m so proud to say that this time I was able to stop it before it lasted a week or more.
I went from it happening for months on end to weeks but now, under a week. I’m happy I can recognize the signs and what to do to bring myself back.
I pray one day it will just come to an end soon. So I gotta keep fighting!
If you struggle with this too when life gets hard or anxiety and depression sneaks up on you again… please please please remember the above quote that I just heard Yvona Gonzalez say at the end of her dance hiit workout.
I know it’s easier said than done and it may take a couple of fights and time for it to become easier.
