Another bomb workout!!! 🔥 Upper body today with Raven!

Wowww what a way to kick my ass back into gear. 🥵
So life been pretty crazy for me since I joined QW back around Thanksgiving. Not only did our dog have EIGHT puppies but we were also in the process of moving into our new house!
I put myself on the back burner often because of the stress of my job and all the new changes, plus the new responsibility of taking care of 8 energy- crazy- pooping- everywhere puppies!!
I got stuck in a dark place of not feeling motivated anymore and I was feeling so bad physical health and mental health wise.
Today I made the decision to fix my office space into my workout space again like before, even after my 11 hour day at work today.
And guess what??
I went back and push replay on that HIIT workout with Fabi!!!
MANNNNN I am so beat but I’m so happy I did that. Burnt over 250 calories and I feel so proud of myself!
The only way to get better is to START.
And today, I started again.
I plan to start the challenge here soon too 🫶🏽

Not only cause of the workout but because of what Fabi says on there. I swear to god it felt like she was talking to me during the workout. Thank you for the push and the encouragement!!!💯👏
