So outside of post protein powder, preworkout (either stim or non stim) and BCAAs, I’m taking 2 a day multivitamins from GNC that I don’t really care for but I bought a while ago 90 and can’t return lol, Omega fish oil, CLA, supergreens and reds, fiber powder, aloe, magnesium powder, collagen powder, along with some other powders to put in my supergreens like a mushroom blend, and MCT oil powder in my decaf coffee some mornings.

I used to take creatine but I stopped months ago. I take glutamine powder sometimes in my shake if I’m REALLY sore.

I’m a big supplement girl (if I can take something to assist in my goals, I’ll try it as long as I do my research!) and I just want to know from an expert what supps are a total waste of money and which are worth having in our routine!
