I can’t get the app on my tv do the workouts any one having the same issue finding the app on their tv ?

Where do I start ? This has been one of the most trying years . I’m not sure how to balance giving myself grace and pushing through but one thing I do know is . I’m sure I’d be less mad if my body was bad. I doubt that I could be a baddie and a saddie at the same time. So I am going to start today. I just need to keep telling myself to take one foot and put it in front of the other. Baby steps It’s time to take back my life.
