Heyyy Queen!

You’re acknowledging it and that’s the first step! Like Emely said, starting with a few light work outs (even while sitting) can help with the stiffness and increase you’re desire to move. Something like lateral raises with or without weight, set an alarm every hour as a reminder to get up and do some light stretching or even like a minute of squats. Baby steps and giving yourself a bit of grace. If you need an accountability partner, feel free to reach out! We got you, Queen!
