Hey Queen… a few things that have worked for me is oregano oil (a couple drops in a cup of water), Dandelion tea and stretching. Also on days I’m bloating I cut down on flour-based foods, it just makes me feel heavier.

This is why I love this community so much. I’ve been pushing through and do what I need to but sometimes my mindset just isn’t there. Thank you for sharing, I’ve had a C-section 4x. I just want to love my body back for ALL it’s done and been through, the healthy way.
