So my doctor thinks I pulled a muscle in my chest from working out. He told me I should stop working out until it heals. Any suggestions for me? Can I do some workouts that won’t effect me much? Idk 🤷♀️
Ok ok ladies so hear me out. I’ve been losing weight little by little, however I feel like I’m starting to see lose skin around my tummy and arms 😩🥺. Should I just start doing power workouts instead of hitt workouts?
