Say I want dessert, I’ll eat some fruit, although the fruit isn’t the dessert I want, the sweet taste from the fruit will have my body like ok we got something sweet and it’s healthier so that dessert really isn’t worth it. Of I’ll do other sweet stuff that’s healthy like a granola bars.
