Hey yall, where did all the workouts go? Fab abs? Etc

Those of you who have been able to develop visible abs through QW, would you be so kind as to checking into the comments? I would truly appreciate it. I have some questions. Thank you in advance for your support. ❤️

Left: September 22nd 2023 • 184.0 lbs (starting weight)
Right: November 27th 2023 • 163.4 lbs (20.6 lbs lost)

Weight lost achieved through QW recipes only.
QW exercise not yet implemented for these results.
By the 3rd month I reached my goal of 30.0 lbs lost.

What I ate to achieve these results:
Breakfast • Overnight Oats
Lunch • Hummas Egg Wrap
Dinner • Chicken Thighs with Jasmine Rice (one pot dish)
Snack • Grapes
Drink • Water Only
Note: One ‘rest’ meal, not an entire ‘rest’ day, once a week. Posting because I want you to win. Also, thank you Fabi. 💕
