Right: November 27th 2023 β€’ 163.4 lbs (20.6 lbs lost)

By the 3rd month I reached my goal of 30.0 lbs lost.

Lunch β€’ Hummas Egg Wrap
Dinner β€’ Chicken Thighs with Jasmine Rice (one pot dish)
Snack β€’ Grapes
Drink β€’ Water Only
