Hi queens!!! 💕 I recently started taking the QW fat burners but it’s my first time ever taking anything for weight loss and I was wondering…. I take the fat burners in the morning and work out at night but Ive been reading that is best to take them before a workout? I don’t feel like I should take them at night because it gives me energy and I want to sleep lol.
