Chris I gotchu… When I submitted my form with pics I got an email letting me know it went through and what to do next. The link to the guide and recipes are in the email received after joining the challenge. The subject line will read “CONFIRMED: Love Yourself Challenge Photo Submitted”. And thank you 🙏🏽 so much🥰

I do 1 30min workout a day Monday - Saturday. 1 from each category; HIIT, Power, Barr, Dance, HIIT, Stretch. I’m not gun’ho about. We need at least 30min of activity each day. QW is my 30min a day. I used to go for a walk 2 days a week and QW the other three. Now that it’s cold I ain’t walking nowhere. QW 5x a week for 30min is what it is right now. When it warms up, I’ll go back to QW3:Walk2. Look at your schedule, your goals, and your life. Pick whatever works for you. Build from there. That may be 2 days a week at first. And a day over time till you’ve achieved your goal WO Schedule. I’m glad you’re here Queen🙋🏽‍♀️
