Thank you Coach Alexis for taking the time to respond ๐Ÿ™ on the app it shows my calorie intake is 2,090 and it goes up when I work out 200-300 additional calories. I have difficulty meeting my net carbs and most days fall short on my calorie intake even though I have 4 meals a day. I also go over my fat goal not by much but I go over. I eat a lot of avocados and add extra virgin olive oil to my foods and think that is what is making me go over in fats. I adjust my meals as I learn what foods I need to eat more or less of. Sometimes Iโ€™m afraid to eat I think Iโ€™m going to gain weight instead of muscle, but Iโ€™m eating and trusting the process. My weight has stayed the same within 116-120.

I usually do power and barre work outs on the QW app. Thank you again for responding ๐Ÿ™ Iโ€™m out here applying myself and taking in all the gems the coaches share but sometimes feel like Iโ€™m winging it. Iโ€™m grateful for your guidance ๐Ÿ™

Thank you Vanessa, Iโ€™m going to look for the Instagram post. Iโ€™ve been doing 1 hour power workouts three times a week. Monday core, Wednesday arms and Friday lower body. Tuesday and Thursday I do 30minutes on the peloton and 30 minute core.

Iโ€™m trying to find a balance of Getting a core workout 3 times a week and trying to figure out how to add glutes. I lost 20lbs which is great but now I want to sculpt and my weight has been the same.
