Great morning queens 👑week 2 post operation of my hip 🥳 surgery! Praise God it went well and PT cleared me to do 10 minute recovery rides on my bike and 30 seconds 3 reps of glute bridges 🙌🏻 along with other exercises.

I’ll take it! I miss working out. Taking it one step at a time to rebuild my strength. Like Coach Yvona Gonzalez said in one of her workouts, it’s a privilege to be able to workout and move our bodies. The focus and discipline I’ve had since I started my journey with Queen warriors has been preparing me for this moment. I now have the strength to continue and have a smoother recovery.
