Hey Queens. Took a week off due to this 43 year old BACK 😩😫. However, I’m good today. Knocked out a 30 min workout and I’ll take a 45 min walk tonight. I have some making up to do lol.

Hey Queens 🙋🏽‍♀️. I’m here!! This week started off rough. AF ass showed up with a vengeance so I didn’t workout mom or Tues. Didn’t want to today but I didn’t let AF hatin ass take me down a sloppy slope. So!!! Knocked it out. Not too happy tho 😝

Hey Queens!! I did upper body with coach sanni yesterday and lower body with coach Jamila Monday… YALL TODAY MY ENTIRE BODY IS SORE!!!!!!!!!!! From the hairs on my head down to my toe nails 😫😩 LMAO

Don’t get me wrong I love a good burn however y’all got me at work looking crazy. Needed a break so only hit the treadmill today!!
