Hey queens! I’m fairly new 🫣! I signed up a few months back and did good for a couple days then fell off. Consistency has always been my struggle but here I am back at it. Day 3 of just doing some beginner HIIT replays and full body work outs. When I signed up I thought I’d be given like a schedule with a weekly routine but not the case. As a beginner I literally have no idea what I’m doing lol Anyone else have this issue 😮‍💨? I need someone to tell me “today you’re doing this, tomorrow is this” , etc. You know , personal trainer type stuff Lol. My main focus is not really to loose weight but to tone my body especially my stomach (this FUPA be killing my vibe 🙄😅) Anyway, I’d appreciate any advice from our coaches or any of you queens! Have an amazing and productive day Ladies ❤️
