I love these work outs but is there anyway we can get knee friendly work outs? Sometimes I am really consistent but then my knee starts hurting and I have to take a break and it would be great to not have to stop the momentum.  Please make knee-friendly work outs or modifications into these videos.

These last couple of classes have been a push!  I feel like I'm platoeing and not loosing any inches so my motivation has been low.  Keep me in your thoughts and prayers ladies

Why did I eat a salad for lunch today, call myself trying get a good head start hahaha and now I have da stomach ache😢😢😢 the lettuce must have been bad
