Went to urgent care and they wrapped it and gave me a boot waiting on xray now

Thank you!!! I did soak it yesterday and going to try and do the same today, but the day must go on ya know. Have kids to pick up later from school and the whole week routine 🥲 I’m sorry I’m just a big cry baby rn

I know, it’s really not that bad or maybe in my eyes it’s not cuz I work in health care. Your right though, 😩 it’s just so frustrating and discouraging! Right when I was just seeing some results come outta the challenge too! 🤦🏽‍♀️
