Ki Graves thank you for sharing. I too cut out bread recently. The only drinking water part I have had locked down for months now but I don't think Im drinking enough lol. I can't eat raw veggies but love cooked veggies and love fruit. I think I may just have to give it more time. Thank you so much for responding.
