There comes a time when you get so confident in your fitness journey that you stop checking in with your community—guilty! I fell off from posting my daily updates and didn’t realize how much I missed doing HIIT with Fabi until recently.I had been focused on heavy lifting and machines for almost a year. Yes, I gained muscle mass—but I also lost my abs 😩 (just look at the pic of me in the green shorts—that was ONLY my 2nd week doing HIIT with Fabi!).Lesson learned: NEVER skip Fabi’s HIIT classes again!! 😤😇🥹😂
Take it from me, queens—stay consistent, stay connected, and don’t sleep on the power of HIIT!
