Lately I don’t check the scale, I just go straight to work! 💪🏽 I’m finally wearing the confidence!

I am grateful for the amazing women who have shown us the routine and discipline for the body we set goals for in Queen Warriors 🩷💚 Each Coach is different and brings so much radiance in their own way. I started in 2023 after seeing the far left photo of myself I saw how much weight and muscle I’ve lost over the years as a parent. I truly felt embarrassed.. I finally saw what others saw.

I started with queen warriors every single day, 2-3 live workouts .. I must say, 2 years later I am so much more confident, I feel more relaxed in my skin, and the clothing I wear. I no longer feel like a mother stuck in her teen body. I feel strong, thick, empowered to keep going.🥰

I won’t ever stop working on me 💪🏽 one of the best feelings ever!
