Hey Queens!  I just returned to QW.  I've always loved the Power classes, but I know I need more.  I'm trying to lose weight/fat and increase my muscle.  I usually workout in the morning before the family gets up for at least 30 minutes.  What types of routines have you had the most success with?  HIIT, Power, a combination? Just curious.

Loved it!  Hope we can get a full hour of Power with Coach Sable.

Yeah! Just completed my first Queen Warrior workout...feeling great!
