MJ but as coach Nay said it depends on your goal. But with weightloss if it’s a lot of weight you end up having lose skin however if your utilizing both your losing and toning.

Jennifer Rivera I always have followed rule of thumb that I learned in military strength and than endurance. And actually Coach Yvonna mentioned it today in her workout. Cardio for weight loss, strength for burning fat and muscle tone.
