2024 started off well. I lost 15 lbs graduated with my second degree and finally moved into my own olace with my son. But all they good that going on- i gained back 10 lbs and have not worked out in weeks and now my nerves are jumping because it all happening so fast with no true support which my my stress eating more intense.
Just venting but need tips and prayer.
