Thank you! This video should help with the frog pump. It’s like a glute bridge but instead your feet soles are touching as you pump up. As you get better with the exercise you can add a band and/or dumbbells to make it more challenging. Hope this helps!

I appreciate it queen! When I started doing pushups off my knees, the wide push ups would hurt my wrist due to my carpal tunnel’s so I aimed for more close grip. But first I started including over head tricep extension because tri dips would hurt my wrist too. Definitely keep going on ur knees. I did that for about a year and occasionally would attempt them off my knees just to see where my strength was at. Negative pushups, plank variations and modified inch worms also helped me build up to doing a full push up.
