Omg those wall sits had me wanting to cry. My knee was hurting a bit so I modified the movements. Why did my legs feel like I didn’t modify anything?!?! My goodness! Great workout!

I’ll tell you what- I needed that so much. This was my first workout with you Coach Jamila and it will not be my last. The music, the encouragement, the stories are all what I needed. I grew up singing that last song and I absolutely loved that you played it. It reminded me of a time when I knew I was strong and capable and I feel like God is saying to me RESTORE. Everything I thought I lost is coming back and then some. This was really hard for me but I actually finished with modifications for some exercises and others I surprised myself. I know I’m in the right place. Good bless you Coach and God bless every Queen on here. We will be victorious. Hallelujah! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

The adductors were owww and the crunch at the end seemed simple enough but by the last set I was hurtin

At first I was like oh this is easy. Those sit up shoulder presses were no joke and the bear crawls in the first round killed and when we started the first two sets of round two I felt like I had a break but by set three Baybeee I was HURTIN. Omg all of it together is OUCH and I couldn’t WAIT for it to be over. I know I’m going to be looking sooo good after this whew πŸ˜… πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯
