Hey. when i fall off i just get back on my grind in the gym. Its hard but i make myself go. The more that you go you begin to make new friends at the gym. The results that you see will keep you motivated. The gym is my form of therapy as I also struggle with anxiety. I take my phone or laptop to the gym and complete my workout. You have to get out of the house. Also try and chnge the time that you workout. If you go early am it'll help your day go smoother.
