While our Queen Fabi is on vacation, I’ll be taking over her mid-week HIIT and booty blaster class. We’re keeping things normal, at 7:30pm we have a high energy HIIT & NO EQUIPMENT is needed. Then at 8pm, join me with your dumbbells, resistance bands (and an optional chair or workout bench) for a killer booty blaster where we’ll work on strengthening and building these glutes.
