Can any ladies tell me how they are getting all of that protein in? I donโt eat eggs unless they are baked in something but how is everybody getting in such a large amount of carbs everyday? This ish hard lol

Hey ladies. Question, what happened to the live streams? Why on some days there is only one live session and it is with Fabi in the evenings? I really liked the multiple 30 min sessions with different coaches because you can pick and choose the workout style that best fits you. I also prefer live workouts because I really feel like Iโm a part of a community working out with the other Queen Warriors. I hope Fabi and the other executives hear our voices and concerns to help improve the QW experience.

I just did Coach Yvonas last 2 workouts yesterday and today. The grace, the love, the strength, the motivation that seeps through her workout, her words is of a true Queen empowering other queens. Thank you for reminding us that we can push ourselves beyond our own strengths! You always bring it you are missed! Queen killing it coach Yvona and much blessings in your new endeavors.
I started QW and all I did was beginners fast forward about 2 yrs in I only challenge myself and that is because of the mindset I have learned with these Queens. I was in a bad car accident 2 yrs ago that affected my back and neck, and what I am able to do today is mind boggling with gods grace and the talented coaches I move like I am 30! And Iโm 48 lol
Tip ๐tap into the yoga and stretch workouts ladies, booty camp, and barre. You will see the difference when youโre in the regular classes. Believe me, Iโve grown stronger conditioning ๐ช๐ฝ thank you Fabiana for this community ๐๐ผ

With all the stress going on in this country right now I decided to do the yoga videos and WOW! It helps me disconnect from the world and tune into ME, and may I add I am sore yikes!
